PAYMENT PLAN OFFER Hi everyone, after much thought I have decided to offer a weekly payment plan program for anyone interested for grooming. As a professional groomer I see a lot of things, I also understand that for some families the outlay cost of a groom can just be too much some weeks. As my main priority has always been in the best interest of the dogs I would now like to offer this new plan that is cost effective so all puppers can be in a regular grooming routine. For example a small breed dog will cost $5.70 a week for a full groom session every 8 weeks. If I can offer any other services to help people get into a routine of grooming please don't hesitate to contact me with suggestions. Please don't be embarrassed to bring your dog to me if it's coat is in a state. And PLEASE PLEASE don't attempt to use cheap clippers or scissors to take matts out yourself. When dogs are matted to the skin, you need good quality tools and need to know what you are doing to remove these matts in a safe manner for the dog. In the comments I will add pictures I was sent today of an attempted home groom. Fortunately I have never been presented with a dog in this state, and hopefully I never will. PLEASE BE WARNED THE PICTURES IN THE COMMENTS ARE GRAPHIC!!!!!!! I felt it was important to show them to educate people on how dangerous self grooming can be. Please leave it to a professional. Phewwwww another big week thanks to all of you ❤️ Just managed enough time to squeeze in Kuda and Bear for a pampering session 🐾 I will be taking this weekend off, yes I know me taking off two days 😱😱 to celebrate my birthday. WINTER GROOMING Sending your dog to a groomer doesn't just mean getting them shaved. Dogs still need nails checked, feet and face tidy, coats brushed out and sanitary areas cleaned. I offer winter grooms starting from $35 for 45mins. Please be aware, coming out of winter if dogs have not been seen for months I will be charging extra for the first groom as this session will take much longer to get the dog back to fair condition. Don't hesitate to ask me about booking a winter groom to keep your puppers in great condition in the cooler months 🐾

APPOINTMENTS.... As you all know I try to stay in a good routine of sending people reminders either the day before or morning of appointment. Thank you to everyone who acknowledges these messages with a simple 👍🏻 or thanks Danni, so I know you have received the message. In the case of clients who don't respond to these, I will wait 15-20 mins after the appointment time. If you have not shown up or contacted by this time I will assume you're not coming. As well as the love of running my business I do have a family and my own dogs to attend to, so I think this time frame for me to wait and then pack up for the day is more than fair. Thank you so much to the majority of my clients who let me know if you can't attend your booking.
