Seeking feedback. When someone engages you and you deliver a trailer in good faith and they put almost twice the allowed weight in the trailer then refuse to pay the additional cost do you think it fair to return rubbish?

Live in a unit and need a clean out but can't get a skip on site. This was the issue for one happy client today but look at where I was able to put a trailer today for a them. Yes inside their garage right next to all their rubbish so they just have to load it all in. Problem solved.
