Once you become a Client of Rodney Samuels Consulting you are a Client for the life of your property.

Purchase of your property
• Advise clients of suitable properties for their current needs
• Search for potentially suitable properties
• Prepare comparative data re sales in the surrounding areas
• Organise an on-site building inspection of the property on the clients behalf
• Help bid at Auction and/or negotiate purchase
• Introduction to Finance Brokers
• Introduction to Solicitors to review the contract of sale
• Assist Clients in appointing a suitable property manager for their investments
• On going advice about current property market trends
Sale of your property
• Prepare comparative data re sales in the surrounding areas
• Consult with potential selling agents in the area on the Clients behalf
• Assist in the selection of suitable Real Estate Agents to conduct the Sale process
• Help decide on selling strategy
• Advise on the proposed marketing plan and budget
• Manage the real estate agent throughout the sales campaign
• Help negotiate sale at Auction and/or negotiate private sale
• Introduction to potential Solicitors to prepare contract of sale
