Thanks to all the Students for supporting the recent Embu and last Sunday's morning class both were well attended . We are now looking at grading training over the next 2 months, eligble students will be notified and their training will be adjusted accordingly.Looking forward to the upcoming grading cycle. Simon.
Sunday the 2nd of April is the second training Sunday of the year. Class begins at 8.00 am with an hour of Taijitsu followed by an hour of weapons with a small break between. This Sunday marks the beginning of this grading rotation. Please take this opportunity to review your upcoming grading formats. Please be aware of daylight savings. Cheers Simon

Wednesday the 22nd of March saw the celebration in the form of an Embu at the Taku Ma dojo in Geeelong. Three students, Jon Dennis, Carrie Mathisen and Sam Korn were awarded their Nidan Certifications. David Clarkson was awarded his Shodan. Well done to all students on their hard work and dedication shown in their approach to these milestones.
Grading presentations for Dan ranked students will be held on Wednesday 22nd of March at 7 pm.
The first Sunday Session for the year kicks off this Sunday 5th March at 8.00 am. Look forward to seeing you there for an hour of hand to hand followed by an hour of weapons training with a small break in between.

New fans have been installed and are operational in time for today's warmer weather. It should be a cool training session tonight.

Well done to all students who participated in the inaugural summer school seminar. Everyone trained hard and put in a great effort despite the heat. Thank you to Sensei Barry Knight, Sensei Greg Hehir and Sensei Ruth Frommer for teaching on the day and thank you to all students for supporting this event.
