I began my health and fitness journey in 2008 with my very own Personal Trainer. I started to learn a lot about my body and my health and found the whole concept of fitness both exciting and interesting. Throughout the years I had tried many various exercise programs, workout formats, gyms, classes and equipment. On top of that I had tried various ways of eating, trying all the new and exciting superfoods, creating healthy eating habits, learning my own awareness of nutrient intake, and learning how to cook quick, easy and healthy meals.
What I have learnt from all my exploring is that when you enjoy something, you become unstoppable!
This is why I tailor your program to both your goals as well as your preferences. I learn about your style, what you enjoy, what drives you and I make it work for you!
My training style focuses on functional fitness, this means that all the movements that I get you to do are the same movements that you would use in your day to day life outside of the gym. Each program incorporates your primal movements – push, pull, squat, lunge, bend and twist! Why do I do this? So that you can have a great quality of life, confidence and strength all round!
In addition, I believe that technique and good form is the core of all great workouts! I teach my clients how to execute all movements correctly before moving on so that you can have the best experience possible.
