Why “It’s Okay, My Dog is Friendly” is NOT Okay

This is an old BLOG post but it is our most popular and should stay in rotation. Repost and help us educate those FRIENDLY dog owners (Yes, I was once one of them until we became the Australian distributors for Friendly Dog Collars) and you all educated me differently. Please, FRIENDLY dog owners, have a read and see life from the eyes of someone not lucky enough to have a friendly dog. Before you judge, realise that a lot of dogs with issues are rescues or have been on the wrong end of an altercation that was not there fault to start with. Let's start respecting each other as dog owners and helping each other when it comes to being in public with our dogs. A little situational awareness can go a long way.
