Maggie Coombs has been teaching yoga since 1971 and has classes available on Bribie Island, qld. Classes are available for all levels of fitness. Yoga has been described as the Art of Living based on the Science of Life, and is the Art of Wellness based on the Science of the Breath. Breath is life and the freeing of the breath leads us to peace and freedom, and the health is central to “remedial” yoga.

Maggie Coombs (Swami Mrdukananda) Member of the International Yoga Teachers Association. Certificate in Remedial Yoga with YFHA. Certificate in Hatha Yoga with AYA. Maggie (Swami MRDUKANANDA) has been teaching Yoga since 1971 in schools, businesses, hospitals, cruise ships and her own general classes. She holds diplomas, certificates & qualifications from AYA, IYTA & FYHA, and specialises in Remedial Yoga using yoga as a therapy. Maggie has classes available on Bribie Island, qld. Classes are available for all levels of fitness. Remedial yoga, prana yama, limbering, postures, meditation, deep relaxation, @ bongaree yoga @ yoga on Bribie Island. At a residential Yoga Centre in Ickwellbury England, Maggie gained very rewarding experience working with those staying at the centre. Some were in wheelchairs suffering with MS, Parkinson’s disease, Arthritis and Asthma – all benefitted greatly from the life there and from the daily special remedial yoga classes. Maggie saw some people being wheeled into the centre and after some time there, were able to walk out unsupported. Maggie knows how important is the breath and also deep relaxation of mind & body.
