News Flash!!!! A new small group session will be commencing next Friday (17th March) at 9.30am. A huge thanks to Donna Thomas for getting a few friends together to start this session. This session will alternate between a cardio boxing and core session, and a Tabatta Interval training session. Please let me know if you are interested in coming, or if you have an idea like Donna did, give me a buzz and i will see what i can do!!
Morning 'Smash it Saturday' session will be at wet weather venue...see you all there for some AMRAPS and Ladders and a special 2 minutes of madness!!!!
FITT For All
Awesome effort everyone !!
The results are in for those who started either FITTstart, NutriFITT or the MJ program with FITT For ALL in February! With all at varying points in their programs (2,3 or 4 weeks) and with varying goals, we, as a group, have reduced weight by a total of 21.2 kg (9 people) and reduced waist measurements by 19cm (7 people). Awesome effort by everyone and looking forward to seeing the results of the mid program fitness assessments in coming weeks! More importantly, all of you have made shifts in your thinking and attitude towards nutrition and fitness that will stay with you forever!! March programs will be commencing on the 6th and 13th March. We look forward to introducing a few more fabulous groups and individuals into the FITT For ALL Community.

Timetable for week beginning 20th Feb Monday 6am: Cardio & Bodyweight Intervals 9.30 am: Cardio Boxing plus Core Tuesday: (note this session is in West Pennant Hills) 6am: Cardio Circuit plus Core Thursday: 6am: Resistance Pyramids plus run 4.30pm: Resistance Pyramids Saturday (HIIT sessions) 6.15am: Interval Circuit plus running drills 5pm: Interval Circuit plus running drills Limited places available for all sessions Cheers Jacs
