Come one, come all! Today, the majority of Honours students will be submitting their theses after a year of hard work, finally crossing the finish line. So this leads cause to celebrate! Join us for celebrations at the Flinders Tavern. We will be kicking on from 5pm, with nibbles and soft drinks provided till 6 by the School of Biology Association (SOBA). Celebrations will continue till 8, as we are aware those who haven't been consumed by thesis writing have lives outside of Honours. This is also an opportunity for postgraduates and other academics to catch up and mingle (and be part of the overwhelming aura of relief). For those who have yet to submit, don't be shy please come along!

SOBA will begin hosting regular biology themed movie nights in the Multimedia Lounge in the hub. We will cover a great range of genres including documentaries, comedies, horrors, family films and more; all of which will include some kind of biological flavour. These events will be BYO snacks and bevies (non alcoholic). The first event will be held in Week 7 (next week) on Thursday night from 5:30pm. We look forward to seeing you there.

Good morning, Online sales of the Flinder Pubcrawl T-shirts (2nd of Sept) will cease at midday today, any further extras will need to be purchased at the stall during the week (cash or EFTPOS).
