The purpose of Integrative medicine is captured by this cartoon. The seven blind men are all trying to identify what the elephant is, by feeling and describing the different parts of the elephant. However they all describe radically different things: one the trunk, one the tail, one the ear, one the leg and so on. However, when they begin listening and communicating with one another, together, they begin to picture, identify and understand the whole animal. Rather than reducing the elephant to the sum of its part, they understand the whole elephant! 🐘

I have just started doing home visits in Sydney! So great for all those people who need a rebalance, but getting to a clinic is just too hard! I especially love treating women pre birth acupuncture, so they can stay at home, and let the acupuncture magic come to them. I treat EVERYTHING- PM if you would like more deatils.

Since I became a student (AGAIN), I have gone from being quite a cook, to only being interested in things that ten minutes to prepare. I am proud to say I have mastered the art. Tonight's Spring Salad time! Yum! How to... 1.Cut a quarter of an organic pumpkin up, splash it with olive oil and roast 170c for about 35minutes. 2. Cut up tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and anything else vegetably you like.Put cut veg in a bowl with Spinach leaves. 3. Open a can a legumes, drain water and add to veg. (I choose lentils) 4. Grab Marinated goats cheese out of the fridge, crumble some of that three tablespoons of is oil on top. Oh add any nuts and seeds you like now( I went with activated pepitas) 5. Have a cup of tea and relax while the pumpkin cooks, you have about 25 min. Add in pumpkin when it gets out of the oven and boom! The Ten minute meal strikes again!
