Changing the way that employers and job seekers connect in today's digital world, it combines the visibility of a video job board for candidates to land the perfect job and for companies to tag the right candidate.
We are providing a technology platform that allows candidates to get a better understanding of the job and the business to apply greater due diligence to their applications before applying for a role. They also have the opportunity to inject personality to their application with their application video. This allows the hiring managers to better assess applicants. For businesses, we want the process to be more cost effective and less time consuming by making it easy for them to find the right candidate directly – cutting out costly recruitment services. Saving time and money on both sides, Jobtag is set to shake up traditional recruitment practices.
Jobtag was established in 2015 and has created its online video job board platform using the most up-to-date web technologies. Co-founded by Michael Furze and Emily Cowdery, both of whom have significant recruitment experience, Jobtag is the ‘job board of the future’.
