For over a decade The Carlisle Wine Bar is home for tasty libations, great food, good tunes where happy people celebrate Wine, share plates & Cocktails Carlisle Wine Bar is an intimate restaurant bar providing highly awarded share food and extensive wine and spirits lists.
Our head chef Tom Hope has created a great sharing menu using the 'weird and wonderful'local produce.
To compliment we have a range of drinks to suit your mood, carefully selected wines from around the world, classic and modern cocktails made from our extensive spirits range, rotating tap beers and Eau De Vie for that late night call in.
The restaurant itself is a cosy setting with an open fireplace with also plenty of seating at the bar for a drink. We are one of the rare restaurants in the area with seating out the front to knock back a few beers or wines whilst watching the colourful characters of Balaclava in the sun.
