A new bakery located in Bairnsdale with a fresh take on all things sweet. Owned and operated by James and Jemma Costigan 'Jemma-Louise Cakes' is gourmet bakery located in Bairnsdale Victoria. We pride ourselves on having trade qualified Bakers and Chefs preparing all our product, so you know your getting the best quality.
We make custom cakes that are central to a celebration and create an experience to remember. From wedding cakes to themed cupcakes we can do it all.

Just look at our apprentices work. Mikaila Toohey is such a naturally talented cake decorator and is only in her first year of her pastry chef apprenticeship. Having the skills to not only decorate but bake the cakes to perfection, you know it is going to taste as good as it looks. Well done Mikaila! We are so proud of you!
