Just another morning here at the last 5... Clients puffing... Barry chewing stuff... My arms shaking... As a mum, I've adjusted my attitude towards training from 'quantity' to 'quality'. I have far less time than I used to so I make sure when I work out, I WORK OUT! I see this as a positive to motherhood. Just a slight attitude adjustment can change everything. We've all heard of super sets but ever heard of a tri set?? Choose 3 exercises involving the same muscle group and do them back to back 3-4 sets. For example today il be doing arms: Set 1 Tricep overhead extensions (plate or dumbbell/s) Tricep dips Tricep kickbacks Set 2 Barbell bicep curls (can be done with Dumbbells) Dumbbell hammer curls Dumbbell mid range pulses Set 3 Shoulder overhead press (Dumbbells or barbell) Upright rows Lateral raises The benefits of performing Tri sets with little to no rest between rounds and sets includes inducing fatigue and encouraging metabolic stress which is when we start to see change. I'm hoping to feel that shaky arm feeling once I'm done.. 😅 Give it a go today!! 😆💪

Morning everyone!! Last week of bootcamp this week.. Well done to those of you that have committed to the 5 weeks and seen some results! 👏 We now leave town weds morning (due to packers coming earlier than expected), therefore the wonderful Karleen from Moore 2 Fitness will be taking the Thursday and Saturday morning sessions. Saturday she has s little treat for you!! Thursday will be a session prescribed by myself... 😼 ❗️Please note tomorrow (Tuesday) will be the beep test to see how far you've come! 🔹Also Saturday morning there will only be the one session at 7am as a lot of people are away! If this is a problem for anyone please let me know. I do apologise that I can't be there for the last 2 sessions 😥 unfortunately our lives got adjusted pretty quick smart which I can't control! I hope you've enjoy the sessions. It's been such a pleasure taking them, guys are awesome 👌
