IDEALearning (@IDEALearning_au) was founded in 2012 for the purpose of facilitating interdisciplinary research translation in Neuroeducation – also known as Mind, Brain and Education or the Science of Learning. The gap between research and practice in neuroeducation has long been evident and well documented. IDEALearning leverages technology to create opportunities for researchers and teachers to collaborate and learn from one another. Our team combines knowledge of learning management systems and multimedia instructional design with interdisciplinary research translation in Neuroeducation and the experiences of classroom teachers, to begin to establish a cutting edge research infrastructure to influence education. We provide online and face-to-face professional learning courses for teachers around the world.
All IDEALearning courses are QTC Registered by NSW BOSTES and all our courses address the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers to count towards teacher accreditation hours for teachers in all Australian States and Territories.
