Lamington inspired drip cake for Australia day. Sponge cake filled with raspberry jam, iced in chocolate buttercream and covered in coconut. Decorated with chocolate ganache drip, raspberry meringues and assorted coconut chocolates/biscuits

Valentines Day is just around the corner and here at Whimsical Cakes Lesley has been busy coming up with some unique ideas for gifts. Cupcakes will be on the menu as well as some smaller cakes but also we were thinking of doing a cupcakes + plush teddy bear combo and/or a limited amount of hampers that include some cupcakes, a teddy bear and some other items yet to be determined. What would you like to see us make for Valentines Day?

Hi everyone, We now have stock of some new packaging, we now have brown and also white bags for all "medium" items. We also have two extra types of bags for our single cookies, a very cute 8-bit style reindeer style and also another "Merry Christmas" style. If you have a preference be sure to include this in your order. Cut off date is 9th December for all orders and delivery on 22nd December (please contact us for any special orders outside this delivery date).

Hi everyone, We've now updated our Christmas album to include our Christmas puddings for this year. These are large size and serve 10-12 people. They are steamed for 4 hours and contain real brandy. Perfect for dessert with custard and/or ice cream. These are selling for $40 per pudding.
