IMPORTANT information for families attending the Kids Big Carnival this weekend SMOKING - The Kids Big Carnival is a smoke and alcohol free event so please refrain from smoking in the general event area TICKETS - Online tickets are Kids are $27 ( 2 - 14years ) Adults $15 14+ plus booking fee's, Tickets for each day are limited and there will be a limited amount of tickets available at the gate unless sold out prior. Tickets purchased on the day from the box office will attract a higher fee and will be on a first come first served basis. Tickets are available from our website www.kidsbigcarnival.com.au - Once inside the event all rides and entertainment is free however there are a few carnival games, showbags, market stalls and food stalls that is charged at an additional cost if you choose to purchase or participate so we suggest to bring a little extra cash with you if you wish to purchase. Cash out is only available from the box office and ATM - All pre purchased tickets have been e-mailed to you for printing at home please have your tickets ready at the gate for scanning. If you are unable to print your ticket we can scan the tickets through your phone screen but please make sure you have this ready for scanning - If you haven't received your tickets via e-mail or if you have any other ticket related issues you will need to contact Ticketbooth directly on 1300 762 344 or via e-mail: support@ticketbooth.com.au VENUE, PUBLIC TRANSPORT & PARKING - The Kids Big Carnival is located at "Ashfield Reserve" which is located on Guildford Rd, Ashfield. Directly opposite the Ashfield train station. Session times are Morning: 8:30am - 12:30pm Afternoon: 1:30 - 5:30pm - There is parking at the front of the venue. Please be respectful of local residence and do not park in front of driveways or shops in the local area - The Kids Big Carnival is located directly across from Ashfield train station ( Midland train line ) with an over pass for pedestrians to walk to the venue - Prams and wheel chairs are permitted into the venue Please be careful with your personal belongings as we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. - We like our events to be a safe and fun family environment for all who attend. The Kids Big Carnival reserves the right to refuse entry and have removed any patron who is displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior - The Kids Big Carnival will go ahead rain hail or shine We hope you all have an amazing day out at the Kids Big Carnival!! Kids 2 and under are permitted to the event free of charge with a paying adult however you must book an “adult + baby” ticket. Please be aware that most attractions are only suitable for children 2years and up.
