- Fully Qualified Pastry Chef
- Education: 3 Year Apprenticeship completed at William Angliss Tafe
- Successfully completed: Certificate III in Food Processing (Retail Baking III Cake and Pastry)
- Special Acheivement Award 2010, for Certificate III in Retail Baking (Cake and Pastry)
- Overall Winner 2011 EOI Dux Ãward Pastrycooking
- Passionate about the culinary industry and about Cake Decorating
- Thrives on the opportunity to create indvidualised and memorable masterpieces for each and every client. Your Imagination is the only limit!!!
