Description
We now offer more services including meditation classes. The centre has an emphasis on delivering the knowledge of peace, the moral practice and meditation Dhammakaya Meditation Centre in Albury was started in late 2010 when Phra Satit Thitadhammo travelled from Wat Phra Dhammakaya, Sydney to provide Sunday service at its first temporary premises in South Albury. It was the first time that Buddhist knowledge and practice become accessible to local community on a regular basis. In September 2013 the Service was moved to be held in Thagoona with the generous support by AISHA FLOW YOGA. In the meantime, the group was seeking for a permanent place to settle and finally found a suitable and peaceful site in East Albury.
We are now having Sunday Services every Sunday 10.00-13.30

We thank you all participants who spend time with us here today. It was a meaningful historic event for our temple. We wish the Bodhi tree to grow well the same as Buddha's Dhamma to grow in people mind.

At the end of morning session we all took part in planting of our Bodhi Tree, the tree of the wisdom. And to wish the Bodhi tree to grow well the same as Buddha's Dhamma to grow in people mind in this region.

Dhammakaya Meditation Centre Albury requests the pleasure of your company at the celebration of Bodhi tree planting on the 6th Anniversary of the centre, Sunday 20th November 2016. This ceremony will be another significant milestone for the Buddhist Centre in Albury and just another little step that we’d like to include you all in our journey.
