Rehabilitation training We are about promoting fitness in a unique and interesting way. Holland Performance Walking promotes the fitness of Nordic Walking for all and anyone, in any age group. Nordic Walking is the technique of walking using specially designed poles to help manage the load and impact of walking whilst giving the body an all over body workout, inlcuding cardiovascular. You can choose your level, whether it be low-pact for injury management or high impact for the cardio fit and fitness fanatics. Nordic Walking is also a great way to manage chronic conditions such as: Arthritis (especially of the knees); Hip & Knee Replacements; Back Problems; Multiple Sclerosis; Curvature of the Spine; those dependant of walking sticks; chronic bronchitis or other lung conditions and obesity.
I offer group settings or 1 on 1 packages with pole hire with the option to buy your poles on the spot.
