Mika receiving her regular sports therapy massage today. It is so beneficial as to keep the muscles in tip top condition, for Mika receiving these massages ensures that she is ready to tackle what ever is asked of her - be it new things that her muscles have not yet adapted to, keeping the muscles in smooth working order ensuring she has the strength of what is asked, or even a bit of fun in the paddock. As human athletes have sport massages to keep their body in peak performance, an equine athlete is of no difference :) 🐎🐎🐎
