WELCOME BACK :) *Normal timetable resumes tomorrow, TUESDAY 3rd January at the Adamstown Dojo. *VIP training starts at 7.30am. *We warmly welcome you back to the Dojo for an exciting new year of goals and achievements! *It is not too late to get your name down for Hanshi and Kyoshi's Master Boot Camp in Bathurst starting tomorrow 3rd Jan through to Saturday 7th January 8am - 4pm each day :)

Exciting post from Hanshi below about his and the Kyoshi's Master Boot Camp which kicks off tomorrow morning at 8am: Who is excited for our New Year Master Boot camp which starts tomorrow @PolletsBathurst and runs for 5 consecutive days? Kyoshi and I are looking forward to working with each and everyone of you to motivate and bring out the best in your game! Here is the daily timetable below which will remain the same each day of the Master Boot Camp and we will be increasing levels with everyone everyday! 8:00am - 9:00am - Muay Thai fighters training 9:00am - 9:30am - Breakfast (provided) 9:30am - 10:30am - Kata for competition 10:30am - 11:30am - Jiu Jitsu techniques & Submission Wrestling 11:30am - 12:30pm - Complete MMA Fighter's game 12:30pm - 1:00pm - Lunch (provided) 1:00pm - 2:00pm - Okinawan Kobujutsu (Pole, Sai, Tanto) 2:00pm - 3:00pm - The secrets to the art of point fighting 3:00pm - 4:00pm - Koshiki for competition 4:00pm - Afternoon Tea (provided) 4:00pm - Boot camp completed - normal classes resume. *Additional individual training plans for fighters and competitors. What a wonderful day! A fantastic turn out at the Christmas party today at the Adamstown Dojo. It was great to see everyone unwinding and enjoying themselves after an eventful year! A massive **Merry Christmas** to all students and their families! Classes will be as normal this week - including Saturday 24th Dec(Christmas Eve) 9am - 12pm :)
