Meet Teigan! 😊 Our newest addition to our team of Pilates instructors! Teigan's Bio: Teigan grew up in the Okanagan Valley. An avid athlete teigan spent her youth playing a variety of sports which included basketball, volleyball, soccer, ringette, and dance, eventually focusing on soccer and ringette. Soccer involved Soccer Academy and playing in a high performance league. Her ringette led her on a journey to becoming part of team BC and participating in the 2015 Canada Winter Games. Teigan started taking Pilates lessons when she was 14 years old to correct some of her postural issues and muscle imbalances she was developing from her sports. After achieving such amazing results, she was convinced Pilates would always be a part of her life. Teigan has taken Stotts Pilates and Pilates Process training and looks forward to sharing her knowledge and love of Pilates with everyone.
We have a new kids book in! A positive, optimistic and empowering book reminding us that we all have talents to offer and we are all connected ✨ Not only is this a wonderful read, it's written by our very own Lara Yanik's mom! 😊💗
