Run for Women on Saturday May 7th. All fundraising dollars go to women's mental health programs and research at Markham Stouffville Hospital. Please visit runforwomen.ca if you'd like to register for a 5K or 10K walk or run and there's also a Little Steps 1K. Plenty of volunteer opportunities as well."
