Souris Striders Ski Club offers trails for classic, skate skiing, and snow shoeing. The trail system includes a beginner, intermediate, and advance trails. An hours drive from Charlottetown, nestled on the Souris Line Road, you will find the beautiful Souris Striders Ski Club, a spacious lodge perched at the entrance of 101 acres of pristine mixed woodland.
Founded in 1988 by a core group of enthusiasts, this gem offers trails for classic, skate skiing, and snow shoeing. The trail system includes a beginner (3 K & 3.5K Green) intermediate (6K Blue) and an advanced trail (8K Black Diamond.) Night skiing is available from 5 - 10pm on the 3 km lighted trail. All trails are well marked with proper signage.
Ski and Snowshoe Memberships, ski and snowshoe rentals & day passes are available for new and old members. Call 902 969 - 0158.
The volunteers are busy getting the trails in top shape with the hopes they will be ready this weekend! Soon you will be quietly cruising the flats on the lighted section or gliding quickly down the Fox Run. Great low-impact / or high energy physical exercise while taking in nature at its best. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, there is no need to hibernate this winter! See you on the trails!

what a great ski this saturday, april 1st, beautiful sunny day and a perfect track too!
the skate and classic tracks are excellent and i had a great ski this evening. the flat section is perfect , however, the lights are off for the season. if you decide to go out after dark, dont forget your headlamps. this last bit of winter has extended the ski season for all of us avid skiers!

March 31st and the trails are groomed for skating and classic skiing! The trail is rough until the woods but is great from there on! Happy Trails Everyone!
the classic and skate skiing conditions for today sunday, march 26th, are very good! Once you get across the field to the trail the conditions are great for skiing! (the lodge is closed now for the season but the trails remain open while conditions are good.)
The ski trail is groomed! You have to walk to the woods but upon entering all trails groomed and in good shape. #springsking
Thanks for another great season. The rental shop is closed but the trails are still groomed.
Looks like one last weekend of skiing. Volunteers will be at the lodge (Saturday March 18) 12-5 to rent skis & snowshoes ❄️❄️❄️
I just got back from skiing on the 3km flat trail, it is excellent! so glad that i went out this evening! take care going across the field, once you get across there, the trail is perfect.
3km trail was groomed this morning[thursday] bare for a bit crossing the tracks but good going when you get in there enjoy
