Lamprey Health Care is a Community Health Center providing high quality primary medical care and health related services, regardless of ability to pay. Lamprey Health Care operates health centers in Nashua, Newmarket, and Raymond, NH, providing quality medical services to all individuals.  Services include primary medical care, prenatal care, chronic disease care management, social services, and preventative dental health.  Lamprey Health Care also runs many support programs such as a Medication Assistance Program, Senior Transportation Program and Senior Exercise Classes.  Lamprey Health Care is dedicated to ensuring that all members of our community have access to high quality health care, regardless of ability to pay.
