Spent this morning with some awesome people who I can only describe as 'Guardian Angels'😇, thank you @sydneydingorescue for what you do for the animals that need help 💕🐾 and for letting us meet some of them.

A lot of thought has gone into what curious paws’ first Facebook post should be. Whether it should be a cutesy video of a puppy doing something funny or an article on how dogs learn. There’s plenty of time for both of those in the future and I’m open to suggestions if anyone would like to write in and ask questions. I would like to talk about one of many issues that are very close to the hearts of people who work in dog rescue centers, puppy factories, it is a needless cycle. I’m not one for posting sensitive pictures of abuse, it should be your choice to look at it but please do the research yourselves - http://www.oscarslaw.org/FAQs. Things won’t change unless people know and petition for this practice to stop. You deserve to know where your puppy has come from and how the parents were treated. Timidness, aggression, brain injury and physical injuries are just a few of what is found in puppies that come from factories, not to mention what the breeding dogs go through. This isn’t what you want in your possible 16-year companion. The issue of puppy factories starts with people’s knowledge about them so please educate yourselves and research where your puppy came from. Rescue centres are overflowing with perfect dogs waiting for a place to call home. Just remember that rescues were puppies at one stage too.
