Yesterday was the first day of October (and all things fall that I'm so in love with!!!) - which means our monthly cupcake calendar has changed!! Stop in any day in October for Apple Cider Donut, Candy Corn Crunch, and Vegan Double Coconut! Apple Cider Donut starts with our partnership with Timeless Prairie Orchard! We use their incredible Honeycrisp and Linda Mac apples in our apple cider cake, then top it with cider spice and cinnamon buttercream and finish with cinnamon sugar! Candy Corn Crunch starts with our super popular peanut butter cake topped with an orange & yellow swirl of vanilla buttercream, then a pile of the greatest fall snack we know - peanuts, candy corn, and mini m&ms!! Vegan Double Coconut pairs our vegan coconut cake with vegan vanilla frosting and a pile of flaked coconut!
