October, month with a few news: A 4 week course of Post Natal Pilates will start on October 16th at 11.30 am. Kids Yoga is back, starting on the 21th at 4.15pm for ages from 8 to 12 years old. With a 4 week course. For the first Sunday of the month I’ve prepared a Yang and Yin Yoga class, where will be combined the active practice with a flow of movements and a passive practice with a focus on the deep stretch. For the third Sunday of the month the Restorative class and guided meditation as usual at 7.30pm. Any information please feel free to contact by PM.

And after I started my first experience with rocks, just wanted to keep going 😊 and now joining some other elements of the nature. Just by using elements that are already on the floor, never picking up or destroying any flower or tree to get them. Through rocks, branches and leaves I try to create projects that can show care, sympaty and love to the special ones. Hope you enjoy 😊 and if anyone would have any request for a different project let me know 😁 I will try to make it happen! Grateful 🙏
