My first attempt at an activated charcoal bar. This looks soooo shiney and lovely!!!!! I made this nearly a week ago and the dried version formed a bit of soda ash on top. Going to try my hardest to get rid of that as the bar looks so good jet black! Probably going to call this one 'black magic'. My first batches for the year!!! 😃😃😃💜👍🏼 Yes yes I'm a bit late I know 😏 but these beauties will be ready in 5 - 6 weeks. 👌🏻 Firstly I had to make my most popular bar 'skins beauty bar' which is on the left in this picture. And then on the right.... Introducing the 'soft and silky face bar'. This bar is unscented but you wouldn't know, it has a beautiful blend of soft oils, Shea and Cocoa butters, and just the right amount of calendula oil, it smells so lovely. 🌼 🌾🍀🍂 This year I'm doing things a little differently when it comes to you all purchasing my products. I'm always sad to say I don't have something in stock when it is asked for, or that I'm 1 short of a number of the products that is wanted.... So this year I am making what I'm inspired to make, when I can, and when it's ready it will go up for sale. Trying to make the same mistakes you made in a previous bar again because you liked them, doesn't always work as well as you thought it would. This is 'aphrodisiac' (sitting next to a lavender bar), but the patten is less prominent than its successor. The first time I made this bar I was trying a different patten then I ended up with. It is always so cool though to see what you have made when you cut into it.
