Jasons progress so far. Jason travels in from Clonmany to train every week and is progressing all the time. Hes putting on muscle gradually while leaning out over the weeks. Finding the right balance between all the hard training and a clean diet he is maintaining a good social life with the odd beer and burger here and there. The key is consistency, so being good most of the time works. Excellent Jay 🤙 Still 2 spaces for my 6 week challenge available. Starts next week. P.M
