Our Objective
To improve the training of professionals for Small Scale Enterprises and equip them with the necessary skills and discipline to set up businesses that can either subsist on their own and/or serve as service provider/employees for bigger players in their respective industries.

1. Children from Basic Schools (Primary and Junior Secondary school), students from secondary schools, and undergraduates of University/Polytechnics/Colleges of Education etc. are our target customers for summer and Vacation programs respectively.
2. Secondary school leavers/equivalents with a desire for a Professional Career in Fashion design and Innovative Diplomas and Vocational Certificates.
3. Graduates of Universities/Polytechnics desiring personal development/new career options are target for our short courses (Post Graduate Diplomas, Basic and Advanced Dressmaking, Interior Decoration, Abridged dressmaking)
4. Graduates of the Apprentice scheme, Women Development Centre, etc. building on previous training can take advantage of our advanced courses.
5. Housewives, Retirees, and Individuals seeking a vocation are ideal candidates for our short courses (Basic and Advanced Dressmaking, Interior Decoration, Abridged dressmaking)
