"I've been overweight for most of my life. The tipping point was when I attended a health symposium and had my vitals taken. The number on the scale was the heaviest I've ever been: I wasn't getting better but worse. So I decided to make a change. I challenged myself to workout at least 30 mins a day every day, then an hour a day. I watched my portion control and surrounded myself with positive and motivating individuals. In 2 years, I've lost over 100 lbs. The road was not easy but I continued to trust in the process. If you ever feel like quitting, you have to ask yourself: why did you start in the first place?
