Classes that require certain prerequisites and FPB approval include: GOLD REFORMER PLATINUM REFORMER ATHLETIC CONDITIONING YOGA: REFORMED If you’re a regular in any of the above classes, please comment below with the classes you need approval for, and our team will update your MindBody account ✨ If you go to sign-up for one of these classes, and it says CALL, it means our FPB Team must approve/verify this class is a good fit for you 🙌🏼 Once you’ve been approved for a specific class, you’ll be able to sign up for any future classes! These prerequisites will help keep the flow of class, provide consistent class ability levels, and avoid injuries 💕

We've got the college students & we've got the parents, so let's bring them together and create some babysitter matches! FPB is hosting its first-ever Babysitter Mixer on Saturday February 10 from noon to 2 PM. This event is for adults only- as the studio is not a kid-friendly zone (lots of equipment & weights your little ones could get hurt on!) We'll reach out to our college ladies (Quinnipiac, Yale, Albertus Magnus) and you can get to know them at this laid back event! This is a public event, invite a friend, or two or three!
