The gym is fitted out with the most diverse Life Fitness strength and conditioning equipment to Techno Gym Cardiovascular Equipment. Additional facilities include an extensive range of free weights and 4 TRX Training stations. The owners of IQ have carefully prepared a gym which even the most serious athlete will not out perform and we are therefore very confident the gym will meet the expectations of all our members.
