Having headaches this could be the reason and I could be your solution. Iv been treating people regularly who suffer headaches and migraines and every person iv treated iv helped with relief of pain. Myofascial Trigger points What are Trigger points? Trigger points are hypersensitive, tightened spots which can occur in any muscle. These spots or nodules are found within a taut band in the muscle. Trigger points cause pain, tingling, burning, weakness and other symptoms. They have a special property called referred pain. This means that they cause pain right where they are AND pain in other areas. For instance, when the muscle at the top of your shoulder (trapezius) has a trigger point it will refer pain up the side of your neck and head causing a headache. Active myofascial trigger points in the muscles of the shoulder neck and face are a common source of headaches. In many instances the headache has the features of so-called tension headache, but there is increasing acceptance that myofascial trigger points may initiate classical migraine headaches or be part of a mixed tension/migraine headache complex.

A very frustrating area for me. I can't heal every injury in 1 or 2 sessions, as much as I'd like to think I'm genius I'm not i havnt got a magic wand 😂 i always have people say to me my friend came down to you with sciatica and you fixed them in 2 sessions or that I fixed someone in 1 session , that doesn't mean it's going to be the case for you. I will tell you after 3/4 sessions if I can help you . But I'm going to explain some of the treatment time lengths of some injuries. The difference between acute and chronic pain. It takes time Muscle Injury:soft tissue Grade 1 - 2-3 weeks Grade 2- 3-4 weeks Grade 3- 6-12 weeks There are 4 stages that the muscle goes through for it to fully recover. Sciatica: Treatment usually ranges between 4-12 weeks . Tendonitis: Acute stage 2-12 weeks Chronic stage 6 months- 2 years Acute pain is the body's normal response to damage such as a cut, an infection, or other physical injuries. This type of pain usually comes on fast and often goes away in no more than a few weeks or months if treated properly. Acute pain can become chronic when the cause is difficult to treat. Chronic pain, , generally refers to intractable pain that exists for three or more months and does not resolve in response to treatment." It is viewed more as its own disease rather than as a symptom of another health problem. It can be affected by physical (sitting or standing), environmental (weather changes), and psychological (such as stress) factors. Chronic pain often cannot be treated or cured; it can only be managed. Therefore, chronic pain may reduce quality of life, well-being, and ability to function over the long term.
