HUGE thank you to everyone who supported our Fundraiser class last night for Feileacain - we raised €550 in just one hour of fast and furious Pilates.

***Feileacain Fundraiser class this Thursday night at 7pm in Shankill tennis club*** Feileacain is a non for profit charity that provides support for families after the death of a baby during or after pregnancy. They also provide the specialist "cold cot system" that allows families stay longer together in hospital after a baby dies. Unfortunately a number of my Pilates friends/clients have had the experience of stillbirth - an experience that I also had 10 years ago this Christmas. So if you would like to support this special charity, book a place for the class by texting 0872315436. There will be a collection box at the door for donations. The unstoppable "Prof" (whom I had the pleasure of being scared to death of as an undergraduate Physiotherapy student, and then in awe of as I was taught daily by her in my Sports Medicine Masters).
