Good Morning everyone, I do not want to dwell too much on last nights RTÉ programme however I do feel that it is important to check in with everyone in light of it. At Bright Buttons’ we are confident that we are doing a great job. I am beyond proud of my team of Early Years Professionals, all of whom are wonderfully experienced and fully qualified from level 5 right up to level 8 with many of the team participating in CPD at level 6 up to level 9. We have a thorough set of Policies and Procedures that are reviewed annually and are implicit in the running of our service. When opening Bright Buttons back in 2007, I did so knowing that I wanted to build a team of professionals to work with me to develop a service that would serve children and families on a holistic level and I genuinely feel we have achieved this. For me respect and support for the children lie at the core of my own personal beliefs and indeed at the the heart of the Bright Buttons ethos. I hope that all of our Parents and Families continue to be confident in the work that we do, our DES and TUSLA reports (which we are extremely proud of) are available for you to view anytime in service or online.
