*How to Purchase*
Please leave a comment on the photograph of the products that you wish to purchase, specifying quantity, size and colour (if applicable).
We will confirm the order with you at the earliest opportunity via a private message. Payment detail will be provided, and we kindly request that payment is made within 48 hours. Please send a photograph of the payment receipt to us via a private message or e-mail to info@ukkidshop.com. We would advise that you keep the receipt until you have received the products.
貨品一般會於確認收款後約三至四星期到香港，整理後，會通知大家留低送貨地址並盡快寄出。如因貨源短缺未能訂購貨品，本人將會退回貨款。
*注意事項*
-相片內貨品顏色跟實物可能有少許偏差
-確認訂單並收款後，不能更改或取消
-只提供郵寄服務，建議買家額外付款掛號或速遞（買家需承擔郵寄風險）
-不設退貨服務，敬請見諒
*Delivery*
Upon the receipt of payment, products will be delivered to Hong Kong within three to four weeks.
We currently offer a postal service only. Customers are liable for all risk associated with postal delivery. We advise that customers consider choosing recorded delivery (additional cost applies).
Once your product is ready to be dispatched, we will inform you of this and request a delivery address be provided. Products will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
*Refunds or Returns*
Once the payment has been received the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a product is out of stock or cannot be purchased due to any unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be made.
Please accept our apologies that we are unable to offer a return service.
