I have always been fascinated by the power of makeup since I was a little girl because I have seen it transform women not just on the outside, but also on the inside. When women wear makeup, it not only just enhances their natural beauty, but it also boosts their confidence and helps express their own personality and style.
When I was a teenager, I was allowed to spend the majority of my allowance on cosmetics and skin care. However, I realized my passion wasn’t just putting makeup on myself, I find that when I do other girls’ makeup it makes me feel happy because I am making someone else feel confident and content in their own skin by simply enhancing their natural beauty. That’s when I realized makeup artistry is my passion. I want to work as a makeup artist because it is what I enjoy and what I would like to do for a living.
I also brand myself as a beauty therapist because I do know a lot about beauty therapy, the mind, the body and nutrition.
Thus, I incorporate beauty therapy to my makeup artistry to promote natural beauty and high quality cosmetics and organic skin care that are not invasive and healthy for my clients.
