As a social worker and counsellor I am here to provide support and tools to help people  overcome their mental health and sexual health concerns. Practice Philosophy:
I feel that the primary role of a helping professional is to work as both a guide and facilitator. From a strengths-based perspective, I work to provide clients with tools, assist clients in creating deeper connections with themselves, encourage reflection and provide support to clients on their personal journey in the search for meaning and understanding. I strive to bring a warm and sincere presence to my work and believe strongly that the therapeutic process is a journey to experience personal growth, opportunity and understanding and that with the right fit between client(s) and clinician this process can unfold. I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic models and am comfortable discussing these with my clients to ensure that we both feel there is a good fit between your goals and hopes as well as my approach.
Specialization:
I have experience and comfort working with clients both individually and as couples who present with various challenges such as low self esteem, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, sexual abuse/trauma, body image challenges, anger, communication challenges in partnerships, life transitions, and coping strategies.
I am also very comfortable with sex and sexuality and have a passion for this work. I sincerely feel that when people are able to challenge ideas, stereotypes and expectations around sex, gender and identity they can move into a healthier space of self acceptance and enjoy and connect with their sexual self.

I have have worked with clients on a variety of topics and concerns such as:
Anorgamia
Vaginismus
Arousal Disorder
Rapid Ejaculation
Delayed Ejaculation
Erectile Dysfunction
Painful Intercourse
Desire Discrepancy
Sexual Identity
Gender Identity
Sexual Pleasure
Enhancing Intimacy
Sexual Awareness and confidence
You can contact me to arrange a free consultation or set up a full session to discuss how I can assist you in your journey.

9 Signs It’s Time For You to Let Go of a Relationship

I think this offers a fair jumping off point for considering what makes a healthy relationship. One of these in isolation may be workable, but if many are cropping up in the relationship it may be time to consider rethinking the investment. https://www.powerofpositivity.com/9-signs-its-time-for-you-to-let-go-of-a-relationship/
