Schedule for this weekend. Check in anytime after 3 pm on Friday July 15 th. Super will be around 6-6:30 pm movies and campfire this evening, course and range open for shooting this evening.(Just for fun) Saturday - breakfast will be run from 8:00 am till 9:30 am ( if you are not camping you are welcome to the buffet breakfast at $ 6.00 a person. Tournament shoot starts at 10 am, registration starts anytime after 9:00 am. Buffet lunch will be from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm ( if not camping you are welcome to lunch at $6.00 a person) Tournament shoot will be done around 3:00 pm Pig roast and Turkey buffet super will be sometime after 6:00 pm (If not camping you are welcome to join us for super this evening at $15.00 a person) CampFire and movies for the evening Sunday - breakfast will be run from 8:00 am till 9:30 am ( if you are not camping you are welcome to the buffet breakfast at $ 6.00 a person. I know everyone has been wondering. YES, we are having CAMP FEST again this year!!!!! And the Prices are the same as last year. Your fee covers all of the listed and more: · Camping – tent or trailer · All your food and drink for the weekend, including 2 supers, 2 lunches, 2 breakfasts and all the snacks you want 24 hours a day. I Know WOW! · Fridays Super – Steak, Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Dessert · Breakfast for Saturday and Sunday will include some of the same items and some different – Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, Pancakes, Fried Potatoes, Fruit, Cereal, Yogurt and Toast. · Lunch for Saturday will be Cold Meats, Buns, Fruit, Veggies and all the fixings · Super for Saturday is a Pig Roast and Turkey Roast with Dressing, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Coleslaw, and lots of extras · Lunch Sunday will be Pulled Pork and Turkey Sandwiches and a few surprises. · Drinks that are provided are Pop, Water, Milk, Tea, Coffee · Snacks are Popcorn, Chips, Ice Cream, Cotton Candy and MORE! · Tournament fees · There is no hydro but we will have a couple of tent showers set up for use along with port a potties. We have a 30 foot by 30 foot pavilion so no matter the weather everything will be good. · We will also have movies at night plus campfires. This is a TWO DAY TOURNAMENT. If you wish to be involved in the prizes you will need to shoot both days. Scores will be tallied at the end to the two days for total score. If you wish to come out and shoot for just one day or both without camping that is also fine. If you are only shooting one day you will not be eligible for prizes but your name will go into a daily draw for a prize. The tournament fee if not camping is $15 a person or $25 a family. This is for each day. The club will be open as of 3:00 pm on Friday and you can set up your tent any time after that. Fees do not need to be paid in advance this year. However if you are planning on camping an email or quick call would be great. If unsure up till the day of the camp fest that is fine just show up, we will be happy to see you. Camp Fest this year runs from July 15th to July 17th (Friday – Sunday). We are putting the NEW ROOF on the club house May 28th (sat) weekend! Anyone that wishes to help it will be greatly appreciated. Free lunch and lots of thank yous will be provided.
