Open Art Nights! That's what we are calling our Friday nights at Streamliners! We know St. Thomas is a very talented city, and we want Streamliners Espresso Bar to be that place where artists and musicians feel inclined to share their talents with the rest of the community. Come out on Friday evenings, bring your art, your favourite poems, your favourite musical instrument and delight everyone with your art. If you have a book club and are looking for a place to meet, read & discuss, let us know and we will set you up in our quiet lounge. We are open Friday nights until 8pm.

St. Thomas, Wednesday nights are board game night at Streamliners Espresso Bar! Bring a few friends and your favourite board game, settle in with your drink & treats and have fun on our lounge. Participating on the board game nights will automatically enter your name on our monthly draw for a gift card to a local game store. No need to reserve a spot, just show up with your friends and your board game. We are open Wednesdays until 8pm.

We are focusing on brewing the best cup of coffee in St. Thomas one customer at a time. When you come in, your cup of coffee is brewed to order, in pour over methods of French Press and Chemex. Every week a new coffee varietal is introduced to the different brewing methods with the purpose of highlighting coffee’s complexity. El Patron, Las Chicas del Cafe's signature and award winning espresso blend, is the star of our lattes, cappuccinos, and americanos. To complement our coffee, a selection of local pastries is baked in house every morning. This is our commitment to you St. Thomas. Help us celebrate our official grand opening this Saturday May 6th. To support the efforts of sustainable coffee growers and our commitment to preserving the environment in mountains where coffee is grown, we have no choice but to raise our coffee prices on average $0.15 per cup. Please read to understand where the real cost of your morning cup comes from.

This coming week we are featuring two great roast profiles from Don Rey's Private Reserve: Classic Breakfast and Continental Roast. The Classic Breakfast is a beautiful light roast. It will be featured on the Chemex where its fruity and bright notes will jump at you. As a light roast, it is where you will find caffeine at its highest. So if you are looking for that cup of coffee that will kick off your morning the right way, come and enjoy the Classic Breakfast on the Chemex. The Continental Roast will delight you on the French Press. Its rich, full body, smokey dark chocolate notes are accentuated on the French Press, and as a dark roast it has the least amount of caffeine, which makes it a great dessert, or evening cup of coffee.
