In celebration of Robbie Burns Day today, Centro staff served up haggis: a mixture of sheep’s heart, liver and lungs, onion, oatmeal and spices. The haggis was piped in to Centro, and staff read Burns’ Address To a Haggis: Fair and full is your honest, jolly face, Great chieftain of the sausage race!
