My name is JoAnna Freeman. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr) I just love yoga! I love it so much because anyone can practice yoga. Yoga isn't designed for certain people. Yoga is here to improve your strength, flexibility, helps alleviate stress, also improves your mental health, posture and sleep at night. The more you practice the more progress you will see and feel. As you develop a deeper connection to your mind, body, and spirit!

Happy Earth day! 🌏💜 It's so important to give back to Mother Earth! Not just today but always! Be mindful, be respectful! I give back to Mother Earth by picking up garbage, and I am mindful of what I throw away, what I recycle, or reuse, and what I purchase. What will do for Mother Earth!?
