The ONLY reason anyone is abused is because the abuser made a decision and choice to abuse. Regardless of the type of abuse inflicted onto someone or the age of the abuser, they still made a decision and a choice to abuse another person. It is NOT and NEVER will be the victims fault for the abusers decision and choice to abuse.
