Fear is a short word with so many meanings behind it. It controls you, manipulates your thoughts, keeps you stuck in a situation and leaves you feeling scared. The big voice you hear, known as your ego, will try to keep you in a state of fear preventing you from moving forward. Fear is so controlling it causes worry. Worry about finances is a big one, family, health, work etc... with worry being a negative emotion over time this can turn into a physical symptom in the body such as a sore lower back or problems with your hips, which are located around your root chakra at the base of your spine. When your root chakra is out of balance and continues to be the physical aliment will continue on and off until the emotional part is healed. Massage and healing can help to balance your body and bring everything back into alignment. I recently faced a big fear of mine going on a huge rollercoaster as Im so afraid of heights. Days leading up to this I was overthinking it so much, worrying myself silly and could hear that voice saying "don't do it, what if something goes wrong, you're afraid of heights, what if you fall, what if you fall out, what if.... what if...." then the little voice said "what if its awesome"! I eventually on the last day of my holiday told that fear "I'm doing it". As I sat next to my fearless 10 year old telling me "It will be fine mum", I can't even begin to tell you what ran through my head I was shaking with fear and had tears running down my face I was so scared, 😂😂😂 its funny now but wasn't then. The ride took off and I shut my eyes and just hoped it would be over soon 😲 But then I got a feeling to open my eyes as the ride completed its first loop and as I did I found it wasn't as bad as I had imagined in my head. 🤔 Once I knew and felt safe I opened my mouth and screamed 😮 it was actually quite fun and to share that with my daughter was priceless. I came off still shaking and my heart going 100 miles an hour but the feeling that came knowing I had just overcome a fear of mine was awesome and all that worrying did nothing for me but built that fear. So I tell you this because maybe you may feel the same about a fear you have, might not be heights and roller coasters but the same thing might be going on in your head but once you overcome it, you think why did I worry. Have a think about something you are afraid of, feel the fear and then do something to overcome it even if its small fear -believe me its worth a try xxx

The full moon is a good time to reflect on your life and realisation. Usually the energy the week leading up to the moon is quite intense and can bring up the things that you need to change, it's very similar to the week before your period when you experience moodiness, irrational behaviour or you could be really sensitive during this time and get headaches. If you are unhappy in life you always have a choice on what you can do. You can stay unhappy and put up with it or you can change. You can't change anyone else though, you can only change you and the way you deal with things. If outside influences are making you unhappy, your job, finances, partner, appearance you can either stay in a place where you complain thinking the world owes you or you can do something about it, change the way you look at things and change your way of thinking. Practising affirmations and gratefulness are a great way to bring positive energy into your life and to change your subconscious patterns. I do this with my meditation group which they have all benefited from or in individual treatment with clients. So with the full moon coming into Perth tonight, start writing down what behaviours or changes you want to let go off and release then write the things you want to bring in to your life. If you can, the best way is to burn the piece of paper afterwards in the moonlight. Then once this is done just sit for a moment, connect to your heart and what you are grateful for helping to align you back into a positive state of mind. Happy Full Moon Everyone xxx

Nearly all women suffer from PMS, just in different ways and levels of discomfort. One of the significant symptoms of PMS is mood swings and depression. These changes are influenced by the hormonal levels changing in our system month to month. Food cravings are very common in women as their period approaches due to hormones plummeting. It's easier to give in to the craving and blame "PMS" for your reason to eat foods high in sugar and low in nutrients, which in turn leads to other symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings and constipation.
