Description

We are a business about restoration, customizing, racing. We are just about a one stop shop, our love and dedication to your personal project is priority.   Another good day on the XP ute. Some more progress file finished the bit of the rear quarter and fitted the new rear section of the rear quarter, that i had custom made for it a while back. Its really taking some shape and getting happy with it. Just got too finish the ends of the sill too. I wanted to do them last so i know i get them right. there is new floors and complete new inner sill construction too.Mk 2 Jag i was looking after for a gentleman from Benalla. My very dear friend Mike Roddy put a 4.2 jag motor into her and did a heap of work on the Mk2, the owner had a couple of health issues and didn't want to take the car to Melbourne to get it looked after. So Mike gave him my number so i could take care of her. He has since sold her and the new owner has got him self a beautiful Mk2 Jag. Great car..Making progress on the Xp ute for the boys. Outer sil on. And made a patch pannel for the quarter pannel, just got to file finish her and some dolly work. But getting there hopefully have the new rear quarter section on this weekend. Fitted the door on too just to make sure gaps were right too.So no new steel yet. But all the bad stuff just about gone. You know the only way to do it, is just do it right. Why put all the effort in to a project to just do half a job at it. New floor pan in progress and rusted inner sil picked out and  gone waiting for me to cut out a new one.So guys had a little time off over Christmas but got back into it the last few days. Made some hand made bullets for Frankys custom line lead sled. And deleted the filler cap on Troys Ians and Josh's  XP falcon ute. And have now started on the other side off her as well.Made a new corner patch for Frankys bonnet. All fitted and filed in.  And got a few other pannels made up to fit into the Customline lead slead nose cone as well. So this is after during and before. Will post more latter once she starts to take some shape.Sat the nose cone on Ians F truck on Saturday too. Starting to look tuff. Cant wait till the tubs on too. Also narrowed the rear end so we can fit the bigger tyres in. Thank to Mike Roddy for supplying the  bits we needed to narrow her.Another new exciting project on the go. Frankys customline. We are fixing up all the nasty bits on the front so as Franky can re paint her up and be happy and confident about whats underneath the new paint. All the new metal starting to go back into Ian Troys and also Joshy xp ute. Sorry lil buddy for not mentioning you. Lol. No its starting to get exciting now a step closer to getting the tubs in  cant wait. All ready for garage crawl this Saturday. And Ians cab sitting the chassis, now to start fixing her up and to make it our own. The coupe is clean and ready for the boys to check her out on Saturday too.So we cut all the inside of the tub out. And have set the body up to were we are happy with. I wanted the rear tyre to be close to the front of the wheel arch. I think it flows a bit nicer that way.Great day. Garage crawl with the car club im apart of wangaratta rod and custom club, also joined by  mild to wild car club and the local holden car club. Awesome turn out. This side of the XP is going good. Be ready to weld the sill pannel in this weekend. Got the new inner sill in and everything else fixed up and ready to go.Flash back Friday. That time i was taking out B pillars that had been pop riveted in. And making new ones and fitting them in on the model A. Then and now.Back right hand corner of the cab starting to take shape. All the rust gone and starting to make the 4" channel fit in nicely on Ians 57.Carried out a service on Rennae's Chevy today and a couple of repairs. Its a neat and straight ol cruiser. Great car. 😊Pushed the coupe out today to catch some sunrays and for a bit of a photo shoot lol. Cant help it..Some running repairs on the race car i did a while back, after a little tap on the track lol.So the 4" channel on Ians 57 has began. Going to be a cool thing.
