The Fitting Room -
Child friendly, outdoor training, boxing, group training, classes, specialised cardio area, personal training & Zumba. The Fitting Room has been created for women by women; who understand that you have many demands on your time, your appearance and your wallet. Our flexible training program allows us to cater for all fitness levels, ages and women with varies injuries. We offer lots of variety to your training and you can choose to participate in our additional services 1-on1 personal training sessions, boxing or outdoor training. Whatever it is you're looking for we can certainly help!
