The Metropolitan Housing Centre was established to help all West Australians own their very own home – their piece of Western Australia. We specialise in helping "first home buyers" with a simple three step process to home ownership.
1. It's All about Finance.
The Metropolitan Housing Centre will help you find the right finance based on your individual circumstances. No two clients are the same. We assess your income, your personal and car loans, and your credit cards, then determine if qualify for the First Home Owners Grant. Then we find you the best and most affordable option. Owning your own home could be just one "click" away.
2. Land.
Once finance is out the way and your budget is established, the Metropolitan Housing Centre will assist you in finding that perfect piece of land for your very own home. There are over 40 suburbs to choose from in the metropolitan area so it's entirely up to you where you choose to live. Most are close to schools, shops, public transport and sporting complexes. Or you may prefer to be near a beach – the choice is all yours.
3. Your ideal home design.
When you are happy with your finance and have chosen your perfect block of land, the final step is choosing the design that best suits your needs and budget. Our Metropolitan Housing Centre Advisors will guide you through this process step by step to ensure that the home of your choice meets with all the stringent developer and local authority guidelines.
